Is the BILL app a standalone app?
No, the BILL app works in concert with the desktop application. All data and actions are automatically synchronized between the mobile and desktop applications, so they are always up to date.
Can I manage my accounts receivables with this app?
Yes! You can keep track of open invoices, review invoice and customer details, and get notifications to your mobile devices when a payment has been received. You can also manage customers and items, and easily create invoices.
Which devices can run the BILL mobile app?
The mobile app is currently available for Android 7.0 or later and iOS 16 or later.
Do I have to have a BILL account in order to use the app?
Yes. If you haven't signed up yet, find out if BILL is right for your company.
Where can I download the app?
You can find the app in the Google Play Store for Android or the Apple Store for iOS. You can use and download the app when traveling abroad, but it supports only US accounts when signing up for BILL.
Is paying bills with the app exactly the same as with the browser version?
Yes, the app allows you to pay bills however you'd prefer—one at a time or in a batch.
I use a subscription-free Basic Payables account to pay bills from other users.
Can I use the app?
Yes, you can use the mobile app.

Please note, you will not be able to pay bills for these vendors:
  • Vendors that have a subscription-free Basic Receivables accounts
  • Vendors in the verified national vendor network (AT&T, PG&E, Aetna, etc.)
  • Paper check vendors
